PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE COMPLETED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:
- Please email your completed application, Curriculum Vitae, and a current photo. Email to newprograms@ricochettelevision.com; or fax to (323) 904-4681.
- Send any recordings of media appearances or copies of publications authored by you.
- Record a 5-minute DV video, DVD or VHS that introduces us to your personality, your outlook on childcare/education/parenting, and, ideally, that shows you working with children and/or parents in solving family issues. Label all tapes clearly with your name, address and phone number.
- Let us see straight away that you're the one we've been looking for, by uploading your video onto Supernanny.com right now! Once you've submitted your video, a confirmation page will appear with a reference number for your clip. Make a note of this reference number on your application form, so we know which clip is yours.
- Alternatively, mail your VHS, DVD or DV video, along with a copy of publications and media appearances and any non-digital photos to:

Technical note: Check for clear sound and picture before submitting your tape. We want to hear you - make sure that ambient sounds aren’t so loud that we can’t hear you. We want to see you - don't shoot the camera towards a light source such as a sunny window, brightly lit doorway or television screen.
Please be sure to:
- Review tape (VHS, DVD or DV) to make sure there's clear sound and picture
- Label tapes clearly, including your name, address and phone number
