Kathy Webb is a working mother. Arthur Webb spends much of each day on the road. They have three young children, one of whom has Down's Syndrome. Mum is on the edge of exhaustion from trying to maintain her career, run the house and keep the kids happy. None of the family experience ‘quality time’. Can Supernanny Jo Frost change things for the better?
