John (aged 4), twins Jessica and Justin (aged 2), and Joey (11 months), are out of control. Mum Judy and dad, Ed, don’t know what to do, so they ask Supernanny to show them some parenting techniques. However, when Jo Frost spends time in the family home, she soon realises that it’s not the kids who need to be disciplined!
